Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–7 days. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
UK Customer Orders
UK customer orders are shipped using the following delivery options:

International Shipping
We offer international delivery to Ireland, the USA and the Rest of World.

Worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout where applicable.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT or additional charges that may apply, except for USA orders, where duties and taxes are included at checkout.
Returns Information
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
UK and international returns must be made through our returns portal.
UK Return & Processing fees for orders after 1st July apply as follows:
- Refund — £5.99
- Exchanges — £3.99
- Store Credit — £3.99
International Return & Processing fees for orders after 1st July apply as follows:
- Refund — £25.00
- Exchanges — Unavailable
- Store Credit — £20.00
If your return is over two parcels please use the DPD returns here.
UK (not including NI) Return & Processing fees for orders made via our DPD portal apply as follows:
- £5.95 per parcel with inserts
- £4.95 per parcel for cover only
Items must be returned as purchased, unused, and in their original condition.
Please note:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
- Trade and B2B orders are non-returnable.
Returning Multiple Orders
If you are returning items from more than one order, please do not combine them into a single return package.
Each order must be returned separately, using the correct returns label or returns reference provided for that specific order. This ensures your return can be processed accurately and your refund is issued without unnecessary delays.
Returns that contain items from multiple orders may take longer to process, and we cannot guarantee prompt refunds if orders are combined.
