We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, for standard delivery your order will arrive within 2-4 working days and for next day delivery your order will be received the following working day if ordered before 3pm. If you do encounter any delays please let us know and we can chase this with Royal Mail. We charge £3.95 for standard delivery and £6.95 for next day delivery, on some occasions if your order is large it may be delivered in more than one parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Currently we only offer international delivery to the Republic Of Ireland at a cost of £9.95, all customs fees are payable by the customer.
RETURNS
We want all our customer to be happy with their items therefore we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you are wanting to return an item please reach out and someone will be in touch with a returns address. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns as of yet. Please keep your tracking number for your return as we can only accept returns once they have arrived back with us. By keeping your tracking number you can claim back if the return is lost as this is something we will not cover.
