We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days however this may take longer during busier period such November/December. The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail however this may differ depending on the size/weight of your parcel, for standard delivery your order will arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch and for next day delivery your order will be received the following working day if ordered before 1pm. Please note this does not include weekends. If you do encounter any delays please let us know and we can chase this with Royal Mail. Please note we cannot cancel nor amend orders once they have been placed. This includes amending contents of your order and discount codes. We want all our customer to be happy with their items therefore we accept returns within 14 days. All returns must be made through our DPD returns portal. Please visit our returns portal below. Returns are charged at £4.50 for cover only and £5.95 per box for returns containing feather inserts. This fee will be deducted from your order when your return is processed. Items must be returned as purchased, for example cushions purchased with the insert cannot be returned as cover only. This portal covers UK only, Northern Ireland & international returns must be returned at your own cost and selected courier.

We occasionally add items available for pre order. Pre order means they are currently not in stock however are available to purchase for when they are. If an order is placed with both in stock items and pre ordered item we will not send the parcel until all items are in stock. If you require some items earlier then two separate orders must be placed to avoid delays.
