We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days of receipt. The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail however this may differ depending on the size/weight of your parcel, for standard delivery your order will arrive within 2-4 working days and for next day delivery your order will be received the following working day if ordered before 1pm. If you do encounter any delays please let us know and we can chase this with Royal Mail.

We offer worldwide delivery. Please note shipping varies from country to country and is calculated at checkout. All customs fees, vat and additional charges are to be paid by the customer.
We want all our customer to be happy with their items therefore we accept returns within 10 days of you receiving your order. If you are wanting to return an item please return to Ellenvale Interiors, 4a Broom Business Park, Chesterfield, S41 9QG. We have decided to go paperless for the foreseeable which is why you will no longer receive a returns info form. Please leave a note inside your return parcel containing your name and order number, without this we will be unable to process your refund.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns and all return costs must be paid by the customer. Please keep your tracking number for your return as we can only accept returns once they have arrived back with us, by keeping your tracking number you can claim back if the return is lost as this is something we will not cover.

We occasionally add items available for pre order. Pre order means they are currently not in stock however are available to purchase for when they are. If an order is placed with both in stock items and pre ordered item we will not send the parcel until all items are in stock. If you require some items earlier then two separate orders must be placed to avoid delays.
