Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. All orders are sent via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at the checkout however we do aim to keep it as low as possible. Delivery is free if you spend over £85.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently do not offer international delivery due to the current disruptions. However if you have any special requests please do get in touch.

RETURNS

We want all our customer to be happy with their items therefore we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you are wanting to return an item please reach out and someone will be in touch with a returns address. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns as of yet. Please keep your tracking number for your return as we can only accept returns once they have arrived back with us. By keeping your tracking number you can claim back if the return is lost as this is something we will not cover.
